We value the ability to provide you with unique and individualized care based on your needs. Unfortunately, in order to provide individualized care, we do not accept insurance of ANY kind due to the restrictions insurance can have on treatment options.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, FSA/HSA card and cash. Online payments are accepted through a secure electronic health record system.

Good Faith Estimate:
You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” which explains the estimated cost of your medical care. Under the No Surprises Act law, health care providers are required to give patients an estimate of the bill for medical items and services if the patient doesn’t have insurance or is not using their insurance to pay for services. The therapist will provide the client with a verbal and written Good Faith Estimate.
