Feeling safe and seen is the foundation of meaningful therapy, with trust, authenticity, and open communication being vital in building a healthy therapeutic relationship. With both professional expertise and lived experience, I hold deep respect for the complexities that come with exploring neurodiversity, sexuality, and mental health. I understand how navigating these layers can feel overwhelming — especially in a world that often misunderstands or dismisses them.
It’s easy to carry unhealthy patterns into adulthood, as many of us were never taught in childhood that we’re allowed to have boundaries. You may find yourself saying “yes” when you really mean “no,” feeling resentment when your needs go unnoticed, or stuck in relationships where your emotions are minimized. You are not alone in that.
When we begin our work together, we’ll take time to explore what brought you here and collaborate on a plan that centers your goals and lived experiences. With time and consistent support, you can reconnect with your sense of self, honor your needs with confidence, and cultivate more ease, presence, and self-trust in your everyday life.
About Me
With over six years of experience as a therapist, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals through both individual and group therapy. My work has centered around supporting teens and adults navigating a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges, as well as from various walks of life.
In my time away from the office I enjoy surrounding myself with nature. Whether I am leisurely wandering a new trail, experimenting with gardening, or lounging in the hammock outside- nature has been consistently grounding. I also find peace in creativity, so you can always find me crafting, painting, or getting my hands dirty in the garden.
